I miss a photocard

The album is truly amazing and one of my favorites, but I missed a photocard. Everyone I know had two photocards, and they're also in unboxing videos online. Everyone else had a black one and a pink one, but I only had a black one. I filmed the unboxing of my accordion version. It’s sad, but I can't change anything about it.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with us. We completely understand your disappointment: especially when unboxing is such a special moment.

As stated on our website, this album version normally includes one photocard (the black version). Some of the do it accordion albums do indeed come with two photocards (black + pink), but those are first-print editions, which are usually allocated to stores through pre-orders. While we do sometimes have first-print stock available, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this unless it is specifically stated.

To avoid any future disappointment, we always recommend checking the product description on our website for the exact inclusions, or asking one of our team members in-store: we’re always happy to help clarify what’s included before purchase.

We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear the album itself is one of your favorites ✨
Thank you for supporting us!
